Processing Times

In-stock pieces: Ship within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces: Require 2–4 weeks depending on complexity. Custom pieces with engraving, heirloom incorporation, or cuttlefish casting may require up to 8 weeks. Estimated timelines are provided at time of order.

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Packaging

Every Amici Gold piece is shipped in a signature jewelry box with a story card describing the materials and technique used. High-value orders are shipped with signature confirmation required.

Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for their purchase value. In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, contact us immediately at hello@amicigold.com and we will file a claim on your behalf.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
